Francesca Rubin is a young professional, a vocalist, Salsa dancer, Lindy Hop dancer and bandleader from Evergreen, Colorado.  Her influences include Ella Fitzgerald, Amy Winehouse, Cyrille Aimee, and Esperanza Spalding.  She has been fortunate enough to perform and learn from a variety of artists including Hazel Miller, Peter Yarrow, and Lucille, and she has studied with vocal coach Vidushi Goyal.

Graduating in May 2019 with a major in Communications and minor in Hebrew and Israel Studies, she was actor in CU-Boulder's productions of The Vagina Monologues and Fringe Festival.  She also served as co-captain of a comedy improv troupe Spaghetti Confessions.

Franny lives in Brooklyn where she works full time as a Development Associate for GiftofLife.org.

In 2014, Franny was a semi-finalist (top 50) out of 10,000 entrants in the Don Was/Guitar Center Singer-Songwriter Competition. Francesca has written and performed lyrics to the tunes of guitarist Alex Heffron.

Franny & the Jets were featured on the City & County of Denver's Denver Loft Sessions in April 2017 as well as on a live set on Denver/Breckenridge/Vail jazz radio station KUVO in August 2017.

We are so grateful for the years Franny entertained our residents.  We love watching her star rise!
